How to Register for a Self-Paced (Virtual Campus) Course

Follow these steps to register online with a credit card for a Self-Paced (Virtual Campus) course:  (To purchase a course using any other form of payment or if you require an invoice, please call us toll-free at 1-800-447-9778.)

1. Find a course:
   Search for Virtual Campus courses in the course catalog. Be sure to click the course title to read the description and review the software requirements.
   
   
2. Purchase a course:  (If the course is free click here.)
   Click the Add to Order button on the course description page and follow the steps as indicated below:
   Step 1: Review the order.
   Step 2: Verify that you have the necessary software.
   Step 3: Enter the name, address and email address of the credit card holder.
   Step 4: Verify the card holder's contact information and any discounts that should be applied. (If the price or discount is not correct, try again or contact us.)
   Step 5: Enter the credit card information.
   Step 6: Print the receipt page for your records.
3. Receive an access code and receipt email:
   Within minutes of placing the order, you will receive two emails; 1) A course access code with instructions for enrolling in the course and 2) a receipt - no invoice will be issued.
   
   
4. Start your course:
   To start a course after receiving your course access code:
   1. Go to the My Virtual Campus Courses page.
   2. Login with your ESRI Global account. (If you don't have one, click the 'create a new account' link.)
   3. Click the 'Start a new course with your course access code' link at the top of the page.
   4. Type the course access code into the field provided.
   5. The course will appear in the 'Courses in Progress' section.
   6. Click the title of the course when you are ready to begin.
