What are the software requirements for attending the seminar?

Our seminars use streaming technology and are supported on a Windows PC using Internet Explorer or Firefox. Review the list of all required software to verify you have the correct setup.

Are the presentations recorded?

Yes, ESRI records the Live Training Seminars and makes them available to you a few weeks after the presentation. Once it's available, it will be posted on the Recorded Live Training Seminars page.

I am having trouble with the presentation.

Try increasing your buffer. If that doesn't solve the problem, please refer to our FAQs.

The Technical help and Ask the presenter panels look like broken graphics.

These panels should include type-in boxes. If you do not see the type-in boxes, please refer to FAQ 12.
