Description

This course teaches the workflow to efficiently geocode and create geographic features from tabular address data. All types of organizations collect and store mission-critical address information, such as customer, facility, or public safety incident locations. Geocoding, or the process of associating tabular data with locations on a GIS map, allows you to visualize address-based data in context with other geographic data, analyze patterns, quickly respond to events, and make informed decisions.
