This course addresses the many analysis parameters you can set in Hazus-MH 2.0 flood model. You will learn about Hazus-MH's ability to generate: building damage estimates; losses to essential facilities; impacts on transportation, utility lifelines and agriculture; amount of debris; and shelter requirements. You will also learn how the information generated from the flood model can effectively be used by communities to better plan for and prevent losses from future flood events.
