Pricing and Payment Options for Instructor-Led Training

Pricing

Standard	Individual seats are priced at $505 per student per day at an Esri facility.* Prices are subject to change at any time.
Education Discount	Faculty and staff of a recognized academic institution, library, or museum are eligible for an education discount on courses offered at Esri facilities (discount does not apply to client-site classes).
Esri Partner Discount	Current authorized Esri Partners are eligible for a discount on courses offered at Esri facilities in the United States only (discount does not apply to client-site classes).
U.S. Federal Government	Employees of the U.S. Federal Government are entitled to GSA pricing for training classes taught at Esri facilities or client-site facilities.
Private Class	A private class is sold to one client with all students registered and paid for at one time. Private class pricing is based on a maximum of 12 students. An additional fee will apply for each extra student added.
Client-site Class	A client-site class is sold to one client with all students registered and paid for at one time. Client-site class pricing is based on a maximum of 12 students. An additional fee will apply for each extra student added. See details and agreement.

* Esri facility refers to an Esri Regional Office learning center, an Esri satellite training facility, and the Esri Instructor-Led Online Classroom. See a map of Learning Center Locations.

Payment Options

Proof of payment is required when registering for an instructor-led class. For policies regarding payment options, see Esri Training Terms and Conditions [PDF].

Credit Card	MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted. Credit cards are charged two weeks prior to the start of class.
Purchase Order or Government Requisition	Customers within the U.S. may pay with a purchase order or government requisition. When registering, choose Purchase Order as the payment method, then e-mail your registration form and payment information (or fax them to 909-793-4801, Attention: Training Service Representative).
Check or Money Order	When registering, choose Check as the payment method. E-mail your registration form and a copy of the check or money order (or fax them to 909-793-4801, Attention: Training Service Representative). Mail registration form and original check or money order to Esri, File #54630, Los Angeles, CA 90074-4630.
Esri Training Pass	When registering, you will need the Training Pass account number, which your organization’s Training Pass administrator can provide. When registering online, select Pre-Paid Training as the payment method and enter the account number in the box provided. To use a Training Pass for a client-site or private class, contact your Esri training specialist directly or at GISTraining@esri.com.
Pre-paid Training	Pre-paid training includes training days or credits acquired through programs such as the Esri Developer Network, Esri Enterprise Advantage Program, or Small Utility Enterprise License Agreement. When registering online, select Pre-Paid Training as the payment method and enter your contract or account number in the box provided.
Wire Transfers	Wire Transfers are accepted only for classes held at a U.S. Esri facility. Please contact us to ensure funds are correctly allocated.
