| Policies | For policies regarding schedule changes, cancellations, and payment refunds, see the Instructor-Led Training Terms and Conditions [PDF]. Registrations may be submitted in advance, but, require payment commitment within 7 business days of the class start date. |
| Credit Card | Credit cards are accepted when you order online or by fax. Credit cards are charged two weeks prior to the start of class. |
| Purchase Order or Government Requisition | Purchase orders and Government Requisitions are accepted when you order online or by fax from customers within the U.S. After submitting your registration fax payment information to: 909-793-4801 Attention: Training Service Representative. Outside the U.S., please use a check, money order, or wire transfer (see below). |
| Check or Money Order | A check or money order is accepted when you order online, by fax or by mail. To avoid over payments, verify the class price and seating status shown in the Registration Confirmation e-mail. |
| Pre-paid Training | If you have acquired training through a program such as the ESRI Developer Network (EDN), or Small Utility Enterprise License Agreement or have credits from the ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP) select "Pre-paid Training" as the payment method when registering for a training class and include the appropriate Contract number. |
| Wire Transfers | Wire Transfers are accepted only from students who are living outside the U.S. and attending training at a U.S. training location. Please contact us to ensure funds are correctly allocated. |
| Self-Paced (Virtual Campus) | |
| Credit Card | Credit cards are accepted when you order online or by telephone. Credit cards are charged at the time of purchase. Online orders are processed immediately. Telephone orders are processed within 24 hours. To order, call 1-800-447-9778. |
| Purchase Order | Purchase orders are accepted* when you order by telephone. Orders are processed within 2 business days. To order, call 1-800-447-9778 for a quote, then FAX payment to: 909-793-4801. *Purchase orders for less than $800 are only accepted from U.S. Government agencies, U.S. Educational Institutions, or Fortune 500 companies. |
