To ensure the best possible experience, all online classroom participants must have the following:
- Telephone headset or speakerphone. (For VoIP: an integrated headset and microphone.) Students calling from the United States or Canada will be provided a toll-free number to dial. Others may incur additional telephone costs. Contact us for more information.
- High-speed Internet connection. Wireless connections are not supported.
- Recommended web browser: Internet Explorer 8 or 9 (IE 10 is not supported), or Firefox. Cookies, JavaScript and ActiveX must be enabled.
- Operating system: Windows XP, Vista, or 7.
- Firewall configuration that allows access to specific ports. Proxies must be disabled or configured to allow access.
- Provide your system administrator with the following IT Staff Notice [PDF - 98KB].
- Ability to connect to WebEx conferencing software.
- Ability to connect to Esri software hosted on a remote server.
