Authoring and Serving ArcGIS Mobile Projects
Overview
This course teaches a recommended workflow to successfully create and deploy an out-of-the-box ArcGIS Mobile project. Beginning at the planning phase and working through the project deployment process, you will learn how to adapt existing data, maps, and GIS workflows to the mobile environment. In course exercises, you will work with a mobile device emulator to author, test, and deploy a mobile project.
Note: This course does not cover the ArcGIS Mobile SDK (software development kit). For training on developing custom ArcGIS Mobile applications, take Building Applications Using the ArcGIS Mobile SDK.

Prerequisites
Completion of ArcGIS Desktop II: Tools and Functionality or Learning ArcGIS Desktop, Introduction to ArcGIS Server, and Introduction to the Multiuser Geodatabase or equivalent knowledge is required. Completion of ArcGIS Desktop III: GIS Workflows and Analysis and knowledge of Internet security concepts are recommended.
