When an Annual User License is purchased, the retail value is allocated to your account in Virtual Campus dollarsVirtual Campus dollars can be only be used to purchase Virtual Campus self-paced training and cannot be used to purchase other products and services at Esri.. For example, a $2,500 Premium License is purchased for $2,250 and yields a starting balance of 2,500 Virtual Campus dollars.
