Esri Certified Enterprise System Design Professionals understand concepts supporting enterprise systems integration, system performance, scalability, capacity planning, and information product design and have skills to support project implementation. They are able to model an enterprise GIS which contains custom components and they are able to work with extensions and customization, and determine their impact on the solution/system design across the enterprise.
This certification is targeted to system design professionals who have at least 5- 7 years experience with enterprise and solution architecture and a minimum of 18-24 months experience working with Esri technology. At the professional level, they have the ability to work independently, provide instruction and leadership.
