Live Training Seminars: Software Requirements

All Live Training Seminars use streaming technology. To support this technology, you must have the following:

• A broadband connection (faster than 150K) to the Internet.
• A Windows PC using Internet Explorer or Firefox.
• A screen resolution set to 1024 x 768 or higher.
• Windows Media Player 9 or higher. You can download Windows Media Player from the Microsoft's Download Center.
• Flash 8 or higher. You can download Flash from the Adobe Download Center.
• Open network port 1935 (needed for technical help during presentation; see FAQ 12).

Test the sample presentation to verify you have the required software.
