Getting Started with the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android

Presented by Rob Burke

Seminar Overview

With the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android, you can add GIS functionality to your customized, lightweight apps for Android devices. In this seminar, you will learn how to use the SDK to add mapping functionality to your apps and deploy them to Android devices. The presenter will show how to implement code in Android mapping apps to support common smartphone behaviors (e.g., pinching, swiping, and tapping) that control interaction with features on live maps and allow your users to navigate maps, collect and report data, and perform GIS analyses on Android devices.
